    Terms & Conditions

    Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome to Edit Estate. By placing an order, submitting images, requesting our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Our Services

Edit Estate provides professional real estate photo editing, HDR photo editing, virtual staging, floor plan editing, video editing, and other related property media services.

Our services are intended to enhance and prepare property media for professional marketing purposes while following the instructions provided by the client.

    2. Client Responsibilities

    The client is responsible for:

    • Providing original, high-quality images and accurate instructions.
    • Ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the images to Edit Estate for editing.
    • Providing accurate property information and editing requirements.
    • Reviewing the completed work and informing us of any required revisions within a reasonable period.

Edit Estate is not responsible for any copyright, ownership, privacy, or licensing issues relating to images supplied by the client.

    3. Editing & Revisions

We will make reasonable efforts to follow the client's instructions and provide the requested editing style.

If the client requests revisions because the delivered work does not match the agreed requirements, reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed service.

Major changes or new requirements that were not part of the original order may be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.

    4. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the payment terms agreed upon before or during the project.

The client agrees to pay the full amount for completed services.

If a client receives completed work but fails to make payment, refuses to communicate, blocks Edit Estate, or otherwise intentionally avoids payment, Edit Estate reserves the right to suspend further services and take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding payment.

    5. Non-Payment & Unpaid Work

If a client does not pay for completed work, Edit Estate reserves the right to retain ownership of its edited work until the outstanding balance has been paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In cases of deliberate non-payment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or refusal to pay after receiving the completed work, Edit Estate may use relevant completed images or project samples for portfolio, marketing, promotional, website, social media, or business-development purposes, subject to applicable copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, and other legal requirements.

Where appropriate, Edit Estate may identify the project as an example of its work but will avoid publishing sensitive client information, personal information, private documents, or confidential material.

If the client has a separate written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement with Edit Estate, that agreement will take precedence over this section.

    6. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Edit Estate may showcase selected completed work as examples of its services, including on:

    • Edit Estate's website
    • Social media platforms
    • Online portfolios
    • Marketing materials
    • Advertisements
    • Business presentations

Clients who require their projects to remain private must request confidentiality before the project begins or enter into a written confidentiality agreement with Edit Estate.

    7. Ownership of Client Images

The client remains responsible for the original images supplied to Edit Estate and must have the necessary rights or authorization to use them.

Edit Estate does not claim ownership of the client's original, unedited photographs unless specifically agreed in writing.

Edit Estate retains rights in its own editing processes, designs, templates, workflows, software, and proprietary techniques.

    8. AI-Assisted Editing

Edit Estate may use professional software, automated tools, artificial intelligence, and other technologies as part of its editing workflow.

AI-assisted tools may be used to improve image quality, lighting, color, exposure, sharpness, virtual staging, or other requested elements.

The client understands that the use of such tools does not transfer ownership of the client's original images to Edit Estate.

    9. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the agreed service and project requirements.

Delivery times may be affected by:

    • Large numbers of images
    • Additional revisions
    • Technical problems
    • Missing information
    • Client delays
    • Unforeseen circumstances

Urgent orders may be subject to additional charges.

    10. Client Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing the final images before publishing, printing, listing, or otherwise using them for marketing purposes.

Edit Estate should be notified of any issue or required correction as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

    11. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use Edit Estate's services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited purposes.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the final edited images are used in compliance with applicable laws, real estate regulations, MLS requirements, advertising rules, and platform policies.

    12. Refunds & Cancellations

Once editing work has started, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the amount of work already completed.

If the client cancels an order after work has been completed, the client may still be responsible for payment for the work performed.

Any refund will be considered according to the circumstances of the individual project and the agreed payment terms.

    13. Confidentiality

Edit Estate will make reasonable efforts to keep client information and project materials confidential.

Clients who require strict confidentiality should notify Edit Estate before submitting the project and, where necessary, enter into a written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.

    14. Limitation of Liability

Edit Estate will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and accurate services. However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from the client's use of the final images, including loss of property sales, rental opportunities, advertising performance, business revenue, or other indirect losses.

Our liability, where legally permitted, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    15. Changes to These Terms

Edit Estate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Any updated terms may be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
